You need to use Divine Might.

sadly, the system only allowed you to max lvl 5. but you can “cheat” with using divine might as he mention earlier. If you want stronger buff however… pump your SPR as much as you can (min is 1k, but now people can reach 2k SPR. I see someone have 2,4k SPR)
oh, they also have attribut to make buff stronger and longer duration(?)
