Date and Time : After the August 20th, 2019 Maintenance

Bug Description :
After the August 20th, 2019 maintenance, there was an error that removed the Paperbox toy items from players’ inventories. It was supposed to be restored through the Market tab of affected characters, but I never got mine back on two characters who were supposed to have them. My team name is Bunkorre, and my two characters who lost their Paperbox items were named Jelipelle and Poteicco.
I cannot submit a Support Ticket as trying to link my Steam ID through the Tree of Savior website doesn’t work, after the Steam login page it returns me to the ToS homepage and it wasn’t actually linked.
Steps to reproduce the issue :
There is no Paperbox item in either of my characters’ Inventory or Market.
Any of the methods to link Steam ID through the ToS website loop back to the homepage without actually linking.
