Say you have lvl 4 pandemic (applied 11 times). Here’s the scenario : there are 20 enemies within range, 9 of which are debuffed. If I use pandemic, will the result be 20 debuffed enemies or 11?
Pandemic will apply all debuff to all targets are chosen, so:
- If all 11 targets, no target has debuff, then nothing happen.
- If there is 1 or more target(s) “affect by debuff”, all 11 targets are chosen affect those debuffs.
Well, - Zero case: 11 targets chosen has no-debuff => nothing happen, 9 target debuff still there.
- Maximum case: 1/11 target chosen has debuff => 19 targets affect debuff.(10 new ones)
- Minimum case: 10/11 target chosen have debuff => 10 targets affect debuff. (1 new one)
