Pandemic desc is applies a maximum 7 times means it applies the 7 ailments or it applies to 7 target?

when i vapro 1 target and use pandemic, so within the range in pandemic all the enemy will get toxic effect by vapor?
Targets.
It’s pretty simple mechanic: take all mobs inside AoE randomly up to the max number of targets and copy all alignments between them (not exactly sure how the “randomly” works, but it barely matters).
If you have 9 mobs inside AoE but only 1 has alignment and Pandmic only hits 7 mobs, there’s a chance it won’t include the one debuffed mob and thus not spread any debuffs.
Amount of debuffs doesn’t matter.
so, within the range, all the ailments will apply to the target?
If the mob is affected by Pandemic, yes.
If there are only 2 mobs, one with 20+ debuffs (exaggeration at it’s best) and the other with 0 debuffs, using Pandemic will copy the 20+ debuffs into the other mob.
Nope, pandemic dont spread all debuffs … in fact just a “few”
I was just explaining how the skill mechanic works but that’s true, some debuffs don’t get spreaded through Pandemic (such as Incineration) so that’s worth mentioning for @woonyung.
