At the moment I’m doing a Inquisitor( Cleric c2 > diev 1> paladin c3 > PD > Inqui)
100 str, 100 ~ 150 CON and rest DEX
I’ve made this build to have fun in PVP and also be usefull in PVE. And also, be able to solo some contents.
But now I’m with a few doubts… Which is the best gear for this build? Pvp And pve?
Which is the best gems, cards and hat effects?
I’m just gathering info so I can try to create a gear set that suites me!

I have the same route of ranks and I have 100 STR, 80 CON, rest DEX.
Atm with Virtov plate robe and pants and 1 yellow gem lvl 5 in the boots, lvl 317, I have around 24k of HP. So if you want more PVP higher CON is better., but I would drop some STR to have higher CON rather than less DEX. I’m looking forward to have higher HP with some red gems also.
Nice monster gems for me are: Lizardman - top and bottom (Resist elements); Hanaming - gloves and weapon (Heal - I do like having extra tiles @-@); Tontulia - gloves and weapon (Smite - haven’t found one yet to buy 
)
Nice normal gems for me are: Red gems for top and bottom (HP); Yellow gem for boots (HP); Red gems for gloves (critical atk); Greem gems for weapon and sub-weapon (Crit rate).
To abuse from conviction debuff is nice to have several elements in your gear (ice, fire, lightning, earth and poison). I use Virtov for the ice (2 pieces), Karacha for fire (also gives +11 DEX) and the rest I got enchatments in the head pieces. In the headgear nice enchants are the ones to complement your elemental base (poison, lightning and earth) as well as crit rate, but its hard to find both in one headgear, so crit atk, phys atk and HP are always welcome as well.
I like Shade boots for the +11 DEX ‘-’ also using Roxona’s plate gloves for the extra +1 AoE and to have 3 plate gears for extra HP with Plate passive. For necklace Max petamion and for acessory Sissel is the best for more crit rate (take advantage that battle bracelet is easier to get/cheaper atm with the event).
For cards I’m going all the way Ellaganos lvl 10 lol extra Dex for crit rate. My atks when they crit increase in 150% usually as I do not have great crit atk, but is still worth it.
I was able to do all the new quests (apart from the Hell Cave - Thevrin - which I had a group already) alone. Just abuse Healing Factor, Barrier, Fade, Safety Zone for survival, then Breaking Wheel all the way to kill mobs (if you throw it on the mobs besides the Wheel slash dmg you hit twice the mobs with the splash dmg).
