Paladin skills bugged after update - rank 9

Restoration - it stops to work after first use inside some maps (tested in the new ones). Still works for groupies inside HG but not anymore for the owner (paladin itself).

Judgment / Iron Maiden - By the heavens, why these skills uses a charge bar?? Nonsense. Please adjust.

That bug is still going on, tested today inside 230 DG and stopped working for myself after the first use, pretty annoying ;-;
