**Please fill in as much as you can : Sanctuary have a visual bug preventing the caster paladin to cast any other skill besides channeling ones, beside causing VGA at random times when casted

Bug Description : Sanctuary is causing and an visual bug preventing the caster to cast any form of skill beside channeling ones, like Kagura or Sweeping, and causing VGA to nearby players when casted
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- Cast Sanctuary with Liberty(physical or magical) atribute ON
- Activate Release atribute then cast Sanctuary normaly
- The caster now will became struck in casting pose and cant cast any skill besides channeling ones, like Kagura or Sweeping
- The area will became holy as a casting sanctuary, but will not provide any buff, beside strucking the caster in place, any skill will be given the motion and animation, but will not be casted, only after the cooldown of Sanctuary that is 40 seconds.
