the reasons to choosing Pardoner or Oracle are as follows:

so which one is better?

Pardoner definitely.
I have two characters of that exact same path. I went pardoner for one of them and plague doctor for the other. I just don’t see how much Oracle is going to benefit this build.

I invested some points on SPR,so I can get some benefits from Increse Mggic DEF.
However,It seems that mobs are incredibly strong in the end game.I worry about it will be useless in the future.
Maybe people wnat CounterSpell to immune Mgtk?

If you took Krivis, Pardoner is a good choice for Simony. Indulgentia is good for status aliment lvl 2. Now Discerning Evil is more situational if you don’t take PD. Increas Magic Defense is good only if you have a lot of SPR.
Oracle is a good path too, Counter Spell is preatty strong in any kind of PvP content, it can lead your party to victory really fast. Prophecy can avoid status aliment lvl 1. And the rest of the skillset is more for the PvE. Oracle is more flexible than Pardoner in this case.

krivis+PD is not worth it imo, krivis is just worst then priest as a filler circle 3(if not for the crafting, ofc ;)), the best thing to go with krivis is pardoner for the crafting. Then, if the char is an alt I can see an orale pick circle 8 to go till around lvl 300, learn arcane energy from 1 till 5 (depends how much u want to spend on the craft) + forecast lvl1 and forget the char forever.
If it’s not an alt or something u want to still play at level cap, inqui is a must (so C2 K1 Pally 3 Pardo 1 Inqui)
ps: krivis 1 is an horrible pvp class (and pally is an horrible pvp class xD) and a worst filler overall if NOT for pardoner, so pls pick it ONLY if you are planning to play a “crafting” pally otherwise I can’t suggest it even for pve after the zaicai nerf.

You are right. Pardoner’s MDEF Buff is a good option, but PvX-wise that’s pretty much the only realistic option that you can take. Shortcoming utility notwithstanding, your simony skills will definitely help you earn money.
On the other hand, if you are looking for more damage and utility, there are always Kabbalist/Monk/PD options.
PD will give you more healing/support option. TBH 1 circle in PD is enough for parties to take you as a full healer, especially since you went Cleric C2. Plus, you will have a lot more significant PvP viability making your build more flexible in contents other than PvE.
Kabbalist also works well, but if you didn’t invest any INT, you won’t be able to use Kabbalist to its 100% efficiency.
If you go Monk, you will be able to spam more damage skills, making you subpar to full DPS builds in other classes. Also, double punch has a chance to make the mobs more vulnerable to Pally’s and Inquisitor’s strike damage.
Whatever class you choose, you will definitely lose some efficiency in Rank 7 when compared to other builds made for that particular class. But you really don’t have any other choice if you went P3. You need a filler in between P3 and Inquisitor. That’s the reality, but that doesn’t mean your character is going to be inefficient as a whole.

Morover,it seems that element resist and forecast:increased nullification are good combination.
It may provides 24% chance to avoid magic attack.
And Resetting is good for hunting rarely item.
Anyway I decide to go PD.That is whole story
I was rolling a pally3 / inqui with krivis 1 / pd 1 has fillers (full spirit) myself before they nerfed zaicai…
But with the nerf I have re rolled just to take priest over krivis (and went dex)… I feel stupid couz I’m such a maniac ç_ç
Btw my C2 K1 Pally 3 is almost ready to go circle 7 (pardoner) I will update this post a bit if people are interested on the krivis 1 / pardoner 1 playstile 
gonna finish that char after I have capped the paladin I rerolled into ç_ç
At least I will cover a good portion of the paladin 3 / inqui 1 builds rofl xD

Originally,I thought dispellers works like Quickersilver Sash in LOL but it doesnt.
That is why I consider Oracle as a alternative. :
