Paladin Inquisitor

I was wondering if Is normal the conviction + smite extra dmg, also I don’t know what to get for rank 7
My build is: Cleric2->Priest1>Paladin3>x>Inquisitor
I don’t know what is viable for boost Pala Inquisitor dmg.
Any tip is appreciated :satisfaction:

I go with cleric c3 heal bombing, paired with strong blessing.
Haters gonna hate, but that worked very well for me.

Kabbalist for Unlimited MP and r7x, Monk for weaker filler skills, Plague Doctor to spread conviction debuff for slightly better aoe and healing factor, Priest 2 for more support, Dievderby for cooldown reduction.

Personally I really like Kabbalist since they can be fairly mp hungry (maybe even more so when paladin gets the extra attack skill in the future).

Ok for the sp recovery but 7x seems underwhelming
How it work ?

It’s a fairly decent spell in pve, it buffs all allies and causes the next hit taken to deal 1 damage and reflects a multiplied amount back at them. It applies to group members and installations (like pears of anguish, i don’t think they’ve changed that) so if a boss aoes it can reflect a good amount of damage back at it. Only lasts like 7 seconds in pvp now I think though?

I’ll give a try to kabbalist I saw none around
Btw you know how the new buff work ?

50 sec cast time and need 1hmace shield for being casted >.<

It’s a casted spell. Meaning you cannot do anything else when using it (like Kagura from Miko, if you’ve ever tried it).
It uses your character base MDEF and PDEF, and then boosts your allies’ defense depending on your skill level (Leve 1 : DEF*0.1 Level 10 : DEF*1)

I like Cleric 3 as a filler for better heals and heal bombs. I also really love having Divine Might 10 because Palinquisitor has so many skills with overheat (Conviction + Smite*3 + Smash *2, already 6 skills gone in a couple of seconds)
Kabbalist is also good because Palinquisitor burn SP like crazy. But personally I’d rather use SP pots with Mole for +30% PATK, that’s why I didn’t go the Kabba way. R7 is good for PvP. Kabbalist 1 isn’t much of a PvE class.
Priest 2 would make you a bit more of a support, making you viable for more different contents.
PD brings support with the amazing HF heal and debuffs protection, as well as extra damages and Pandemic. It’s a good choice too.
Dievdirbys is nice for the -20% cd, but I don’t see it as useful as the others.

I’d go with Bokor C1, simply because you get a nice magic-based filler skill (Effigy level 5 deals ~ 2000% [without damage attribute] every 5-7 seconds[depending on the speed you can spam it])and zombies that will pack a punch if you summon them from zombie capsules because they copy your stats (e.g. your high STR/DEX);
Also, the zombie damage is Dark element, so Hexing:Dark attribute amplifies the damage even more.
Depending on your SPR, you can get around 10-24k extra damage every time your zombies attack.

tested zombie damage after the hexing attrbute fix. the debuff doesnt work on zombies, i didnt see any change on zombie damage perhaps another bug? it works on effigy tho,

is that how zombie capsule works? i thought str/damage of the zombies depends on the spr and matk weapon of the user

Zombies base stats are based on the stats of the monster it is based on.
If you are the one it’s based on (by using a zombie capsule) it copies your stats (no idea if there is a multiplier smaller than 1 added to that value, though).
Additionally, the zombie gains STR and HP based on your INT and SPR values.

Afaik the Hexing attribute also works on zombies, as their attacks are both dark element and strike type damage.

I went with Miko on my Pally3’s filler rank, myself.

The new two handed maces give a pretty sizable bit of matk, and I just like having a decent amount of filler skills (especially on a cleric…). I can’t say I like Monk 1 just on it’s own all that much, personally.
And well, you can dance. That’s totally worth a rank on it’s own. :prince:

You honestly can’t go wrong with most options for filler imo, except Kriv1 or Sadhu1 probably…

For R7, yes. For R3 though, I thought picking a circle in Kriv was worth it. At least, that’s what I did.

My build is Cleric2 Kriv1 Pal3 Kab1 Inqui1, full CON. It’s not a PVE build, maybe just supporting but never meant to be DPS. I intend to use it as support in TBL matches and hopefully the revamped GvG someday.

I really gave it a long thought and reviewed my options for R3. I’ll give my ratings as well with 5 as highest.

Cleric3 (4/5) - I’ve tried this. Great heal and DM. G. Saint was really fun but when you get matched with experienced players, they will immediately know what that weird buff on their enemy’s head is and figures out a way to either wait it out, find you (the Cleric who casted it), or remove the buff if they have a skill that does so.

Priest1 (3/5) - Resu really comes handy for this pick though easily interruptible (Hoplite2/3 for example can stride on you and knock down even with Safety Zone on). I thought Monstrance was nice for allies with decent DEX (and you as well if you worked that stat up). Can’t really say much for the other 2 skills because on experience they seem to really shine only when you go Priest3 and level them further. If I’m right, Aspersion and Blessing recently got reworked though I’m not exactly sure if they’re considered buffed or nerfed.

Bokor (?/5) - I don’t have experience with it but just looking at the available skills alone I figured there wasn’t much synergy unless I went PD1 for R7 (Hexing + Pandemic). Also, with my build by the time I hit R8 I would have enough skills in my quick slots, so adding two more wouldn’t fit my playstyle.

Diev1 (2.5/5) - It’s OK, though not better than Cleric3 or Kriv1, and slightly below Priest1, IMO. I’ve always though Diev1 would pair better with Miko or Druid at R7.

Krivis1 (5/5) - Kinda biased but I’m basing my reason on personal experience:

When I’m on a party (TBL, boss hunt, dungeon), very very rarely will people use Daino scrolls (ET/Solmiki would be exceptions since I myself always bring one). When they do though, it’s usually the cheapest scroll which is usually lv.1 or lv.2, and they’re almost always not enough especially for builds that maintains a lot of buffs. A lv.6 (with DM) Daino allows me to provide all my buffs to my allies without getting overwritten, nor overwriting their own buffs.

Zaibas is a good filler too. While not as strong as it used to be nor compared to a lv.15 one, lv. 5 already does around 1476% total damage for both charges. It’s great for taking down enemy Safety Zones too when paired with lv.10 Cure (around 48 ticks in total)

Aukuras pairs fine with Pal’s Restoration. Makes the ticks faster. R7F buffs the torch too so it comes in handy against careless foes.

I found Zalciai to be useless, if not almost, at least if you just stayed at Kriv1.

Anyhoo, sorry for the long post. I tend to get lost when writing stuff. I hope this provides insight to those still confused about their filler ranks.

Hi, I have almost the same question as this topic.

I wanna try out this build: http://www.tosbase.com/tools/skill-simulator/build/t5cw8dmewj/

I picked up the skill choises of other builds, and I have some questions

1 - I wonder If I can run ET with this build.

2 - The skills Gematria, Notarikon, Reduce Level of Kabba have any use? Or it’s fine for me to put the rest 4pt to Merkabah.

3 - How is Inquis after the newest update and so does Paladin? what skills should I go?

The last is I’m going with 100 CON rest STR is it fine? because I wanna do GvG beside ET but not much interested in 3v3 (PVP).

Thanks alots and have a nice day o v o)b

Given the new buffs to Krivis, Krivis is going to be a damn good choice at Circle2/Circle 3 with the new Aukuras attribute and the DOT of Divine Stigma. 6 seconds CD with 15 seconds lasting time and 1,5 times the damage by Zaibas seems too much OP to not take Krivis C2/C3 in your build…

Depending on the numbers by the time those changes get implemented, I might replace Kabal1 at R7 on my build with Krivis2. If Oracle3 is good by R9, I might completely invest R7-9 on it for a PVP support build.

Looking forward to the changes.

hey guy im newbie and i plan to be cl2 kri pala3 x inq

btw its first char and i want it can do PvE ET even a little farming and PVP sometime

what that x i should pick to filler PD/Kab/Monk ?? can u guys give me some suggest

about stat if i go monk just invest dex at 100 is ok ?
and if go PD/Kab dex at 40-60 is it ok ?
con 50 rest str

thanks you

Hi guys!
How about this build in PvP and ET:
Cleric1 -> Priest2 -> Paladin3 -> Kaba1 -> Inquisitor
120 DEX - 100 CON - Rest STR

I need some advice plz

Krivis is a little less useful now that buffs will become unlimited, but it’s resistance passives and Aurakuras both go really well with Paladin and Inquisitor, Zaibas is a decent mix with Conviction and Zalciai will still be good, probably go 5/5 after patch. I mean one could replace Dievdirbys with Krivis 2 for the spread but Dievdirbys 1 brings a lot to this build, especially if you decide to use resetting for farming, CDR statue is a huge help.

This build basically focuses on setting up a zone of invincibility, get high CON investment and use a shield. It becomes impossible for mages to do anything with you around and the other classes do struggle with it as well, especially if you use plate armor which you should.
