Can any c3 paladin let me know the debuff duration on conviction, as well as, if it applies to bosses? Thanks.
Applies to bosses, debuff last for 5 seconds
it has overheat 2 circles, so you can maximize the debuff for 10 seconds if you time it right
and has 26 sec cooldown

Debuff is fairly strong if stacking multiple different elemental attack values. The resistance counts each separately along with the actual element of the skill used. So you can get up to 5 times the boost from it.

I’m trying melee paladin, but it looks like it’s better as a caster, smite DMG is not that good and seems like conviction isn’t any better
Too bad you can’t get krivis rank 3 with paladin rank 3 
While conviction doesn’t help pallies that much, it should increase the overall dps of everyone else.
So the class is more of a niche for the supportive types :3. For actual solo melee dps, better to just go monk.
I have a lv 200 monk, but you can’t get circle 7 classes and monk 3 at the same time, so i was trying out paladin

what are you saying smite is not that good? lol i overkill god who knows how many things with smite, and it only has 9 seconds cooldown to boot, and of course smite is really ENTIRELY bad vs non strike weak / non demon/mutant , but vs those it just destroys.
For conviction it reduces elemental defense meaning if you have ardedagger/karacha or even any source of +ele damage (fire, lightning, ice, poison) it’s amplified too, especially if you have a friend with Elements 2 H spear, you’re gonna be like best bud with that kind of guy.
Yeah, i always think of PvP outcomes, should have stated that xD
Against bosses that takes that extra DMG and are weak against strike it just melt them
