Paladin build help(?)

I was talking with my friend and he wanted to go as a tanky/healer class so I told him to become pala, we ended up with this build:

Is it fine? I have some questions:
-How does Turn Undead/Conversion work? I don’t really get them.
-Is Conviction good? Just leveled it up.
-Pandemic transfers Deprotected Zone/Monstrance?

You’re better off with Chaplain Standard Build than that build, because Paladin aren’t meant to be tank, they are sub-support special build for Earth Tower only with C2 Cleric. Something like this… C3 Paladin Earth Tower Build

Also, if you are looking for Sub-Healer/DPS build, you might want to try out Paladin Standard Build

  • Turn Undead allowed you to one-shot any mutant or devil-type monster, so leaving one point is more than enough than maxing it out.
  • Conversion allowed you brain-wash the monsters and convert them into friendly units (Here’s an example: Conversion. OP as hell).
  • Conviction is extremely amazing for you and your party (especially for Wizard or any other element attack type build) and it also give smite a buff that deal 3x the damage whenever you combo with it (hit up to 3 times).
  • Pandemic: Work with all debuffs, except for Deprotected Zone because once the enemy leave the circle, the debuff is gone.

I see… So we thought that Pala was a magic tank since you build with SPR, I guess will stick with your standard build for Pala
