Paging Krivis2 Player

As I’m quite intrigued, I implore you to divulge as much info as you could on Divine Stigma. Anything and everything about it that you take is worth noting.

Dazz just it and thanks ahead! :smiley_cat:

P.S. How I wish there was an Official Krivis Thread, so I don’t have to post this as a new topic.

sorry to ask, i´m a non native english speaker, and i actually don´t know what kind of information you want.
do you want info on krivis? or info on the cleric skill, divine might?
or do you want to know what effect the divine might has on a krivis?

My bad, I actually meant Divine Stigma… -_- guess was too tired when I made the post

+15 STR,INT and a duration of 30 seconds at lvl 1

this one’s gold! Glad you got my point despite the ambiguity. Now I’d like to know how this skill scale

From the video, it shows in the description that at level 2 it gives 22 INT and STR, so one can assume it gives +7 stats per level.

That would make it give 85 INT/STR at max level (10), I presume.

It scales really decently apparently, it goes from 15 str and int bonus at level 1 to 22 str and int bonus at lv 2

So would that make it very effective for use with Energy Blast which scales off both those stats?

The duration scales leveling the skill?

Just reached Krivis 2 in KR server a minute ago.

Lv 5 Divine Stigma gives +43 STR and INT for 10 seconds, and Lv 6 gives +50 STR and INT for 11 seconds.

Edit: Er sorry, the duration I stated above is the debuff duration on the marked monster. The buff itself always lasts 30 seconds.

Just a heads up, Divine Stigma gives a pretty big stat boost, and it scales well with skills that have % attributes. You probably won’t feel much boost from Divine Stigma unless you level a % attribute on a skill fairly high.

However you need to constantly upkeep it, and mobs can resist it and you can almost never use it effectively in boss fights, which is all you’d probably want to use it for.

For grinding, it’s nice to have but needs upkeep, and for pvp it’s not viable. (Takes too long to cast, can resist, can cure, can miss, must kill that person within a few sec, etc)

If you can get it in, and get the buff for your party that’s great. But imo, it doesn’t have great practicality, I wouldn’t get more than 5 points in it, and that’s only because I can’t think of any other skill to put an extra 5 points in at Krivis C2. (Maybe Daino?)

if you meant the buff duration. It’s flat all throughout, only the debuff (stigma) scales at +1s per lvl. Credits to the vid

@Severilous

with DM(lvl5) on that would be 113 top! about 226 each for PATK and MATK, that’s about 446DMG/hit (pre-deductions) added to Energy Blast… hohoho!

Edit: Apologies for the misinformation. I had the Stat-ATK ratio confused with another game i’m playing. :smile_cat: It’s actually just 1PATK/MATK per corresponding stat, so the resulting dmg boost (pre-reductions) would just be at 226.

I see, it’s magic anyway, but its element (prob’ly fire) remain uncertain.

I’ve been thinking, since traps count as monsters, couldn’t they be the used as an alternative?

Indeed, unless you got an oracle or COD at your disposal *smirk.

Yes they can, but it’s difficult for me to target them since it’s hard to tell if the traps are your current target versus the boss itself. However, I do agree with Fate that it’s a bit difficult to get the buff in more practical situations.

Awww… that’s unfortunate.
I for one am having quite a hard time with the unconventional targeting system. Having the mouse available for targeting would indeed be a great help

Oh maan. But forget Energy Blast, you’re a Krivis already! Imagine dat Oomfed Zaibas. Ohhh boy!

I’d rather have both than choose :smiling_imp:

Cool - thanks for the heads up.

Given how situational/conditional the skill is I think it holds a strong place as something you drop in prior to unleashing a big burst (i.e. Energy Blast or any other “ultimate” type attack), perhaps cycling through DPS roles as their big burst skill(s) are used.

Not sure if I’d grab it as a Monk (still tinkering with builds), but if a supportive cleric has it its hard to come up with many better ways to use it than immediately prior to Energy Blast.

absolutely. and not to mention the up-time cool-down ratio is quite decent too. and oh, zaibas will aways benefit from it, although not as much as e.blast would :smiley_cat:
