Bug Description :
After the last maintenance I am with huge packet loss in game. Ping is about 0,15-0,17 but after type //ping it was like 1,1.
In random intervals my char stop auto-attacks or cast skills, it last 3-5 seconds and while I am exploring a map all npcs or mobs disapear and show up again after few seconds.
I already did a test in my network trying other games, checking download and upload speed etc. Only ToS show this situation.
