for new player to catch up quickly, equipable since lv1, can grow weapon strength up to lv 400 (maxed at savinose level of power).
when you lv 400, still need to upgrade to varna to be competitive

why you need to ask when you already labeled what it is by yourself in the title?
its actually not that much p2w since its just gonna get you to 400 with some extras compare to the recent jumping box freebies couple days ago. plus everything inside is pretty much easy to obtain in game itself including free legend growth selection box. the 10m though, or even 30m if you buy 3 package, is quite a joy, though you cant really buy anything to really win that quick with that money
