Im from Klaypedia, noticed this bug on april 29th, 2020.
Was playing with my monk. As follows, the image. I can’t start the hidden quest, even though the npc is right there and my stats are above 100.
Anyone knows what happened?

Did you do all the blue quests of Kateen Forest maps? Maybe it’s another prerequisite.
idk… i tried talking with all npcs in Kateen Forest, but nothing happened.
Idk if this character is bugged, or the quests arent avaliable
edit: could it be that i dont have a 390lv char ?
edit2: yeah, it was because of that
