Bug Description :
Overwhelming high ping in [SA] Silute, 2-8 seconds delay on potion usage, scroll (V) usage, and everything else in many maps. Tested my connection on fast.net, speedtest.net and cmd ping to google.com and my ping is fine. //Ping command reports nothing less than ~0.400 and peaking to over 1.000
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- try to quest
- fail
- ???
- complain on forum

ignore the lps lag and low quality, youtube encoding sucks and recording kills my fps. Just look at the delays between attacks and the huge delay behind the quest scroll (V) which, by the the time I recorded it, was at least three times faster than just a few moments earlier.
