Over a year and still no answer

It’s been more than a year now and I still can’t redeem my DLC Founder’s Package.

I already sent half a dozen ticket and still nothing. Last time you guys replied, over a year ago, you said it would be fixed in less than a week. I’m still waiting.

The DLC, as said before on my tickets, has been received in every server but the Silute one.

Those last ones are respectively images from Telsiai server (where it’s not bugged) and from Silute server (where it’s bugged)
