I wonder if it is impossible or out of capacity to implement a vote kick function for dungeon/missions? I guess it is huh? Only bigger companies have capable devs that implement those things into their games from the start of the project.

vote kick is massively abused in many mmos… it was a major source of cancer in wow for a very very long time. Groups kicking randoms right before endboss loot, in 5 man and raids. Yes, it will get abused.
Then it is just a “deal with it and stfu” situation i guess. In the end, isn’t the same thing, one rush boss kill it while others still far behind killing stuff, they either stop what they are doing, rush to the boss room (and some might even have to pray to not die in the way there) to at least try get some loot.
