It’s hard to say how many effort and manpower still goes into ToS. But there was quite and uproar in the forums a few weeks ago when they announced their new game Wolfknights given the bad state of their current game. 
I bet there was! Why even bother working on another game if you can’t run your current one properly?
Mmh … I just googled a bit and it seems that this Wolfknights game is already in development for a few years … I didn’t know that …
So … maybe they put way too much on their plate?

I just don’t understand how the korean version can be so bug free, while ours is this dumpster fire, stinking up the NA region with it’s slew of game breaking issues… When IMC is the original developer.
It literally makes no sense, unless they’re just being racist and ignoring us on purpose.

It’s honestly important for it to remain a day to day reminder in the faces of the admins/mods/devs that these issues exist. If we don’t push hard about them every single day, nothing will ever get done to fix them unless we organize a boycott for a month or two.

Complaining with IMC nowadays is a total waste of energy, their logic is like a potato being rotten beneath the earth, nothing’s gonna change their minds.
At least we’ve learned a valuable lesson here, if you saw IMC as a developer/publisher, think a million times before trying their game

It’s not even just IMC, Nexon has their dirty, game-killing hands in ToS as well.
Remember Dungeon Fighter? Yah, successful as hell in NA now that Nexon isn’t running it anymore.
Remember when nexon did run it? How behind in content it was? how broken it was? and then how it had to shut down because they sucked at their jobs?
Just… ugh. If Nexon’s a part of whats holding us back, im gonna scream. I ■■■■■■■ hate that company.

I feel this alot no one likes to have us cryo/sorcerers around anymore.

Before putting serious play on hiatus, I wanted to make a Sorc/Necro for Dina Bee.
I’m fairly sure it’s because of Nexon probably doing something on the rights of ToS. Probably something like:
- We’ll host and promote your game
- We’ll give you publicity and help when you need it
In return for~
- We own the rights to your game
- All other versions will be X timeframe behind
- We reserve the right to ask you about anything needed to input into the game.
- Cut of profits
- Etc, etc.
And I wouldn’t be the slightest bit surprised. Korean Nexon is very savage of a company, mainly because they have a reputation to upkeep and do have a nice selection of games, the bulk of them being very high on the MMO charts.
Now, that’s not to say that IMC itself has some of the most questionable decisions I’ve ever seen, but I’ve witnessed far worse. However saying, “Oh, yeah, IMC isn’t the worst” is the same as saying “IMC’s ■■■■ but not trash bin bottom.” The latter of which is hated to say, but has warrant and is practically the same.
Though for the most part, these forums are more or less ■■■■-post central. Which is why people are more commonly able to get away with things. But I digress, because the forums and the game’s community are two different worlds entirely.

9 - Advertising the game as a spiritual successor to RO, then making a completely different game that just has the same aesthetics as RO.
10 - Having beta tests where they ask for feedback, then completely ignoring our feedback and slowly making the game worse over time, removing/changing things we liked, adding things we never wanted or asked for.
You win IMC, trolled us harder than Nexon ever did.
