Orsha Server Issues after maintenance

I’m not sure what the Orsha maintenance today was supposed to solve but a lot of the issues that arose after the last patch (update) are still around.

  1. Logging onto Orsha fails a lot. There are times when it takes players 4-5 clicks of the button to log on and other say they cannot at all. This wasn’t an issue before the June 14th patch.

  2. Going to character select freezes the game and forces the player to quit (close the client) and restart. This wasn’t an issue before the June 14th patch.

  3. Mouse mode players are suffering from an issue where the battle cursor (sword) changes to the normal cursor (non/combat) and prevents players from clicking on monsters to attack. It is a problem that seems to occur quite frequently (I’ve had it happen twice in the span of 5 minutes). I believe this issue usually occurs when hitting ctrl while in combat. This is a huge issue that makes the game extremely frustrating for people playing in mouse mode. I’m assuming this issue is related to the companion/summons change. This wasn’t an issue before the June 14th patch.

  4. There also appears to be an issue of the queue timers not showing when you attempt to join a mission or dungeon. This wasn’t an issue before the June 16th maintenance.

I would’ve sent this in a support ticket but I keep getting an error that is telling me to “Please authenticate your steam account.” despite it already being authenticated -_-

It was honestly better yesterday despite me being unable to go to character select. Now I have trouble logging in!

Yep, I can confirm all these issues. Dunno what thay did, but they screwed stuff up.

IMC have all gone to sleep, we won’t see a fix until way later tonight or week, and guess what? They won’t acknowledge their errors and won’t compensate players for the downtime. They’re pretty consistent on ignoring player’s complaint despite how many tickets we sent through support. They’ll just thank you for bothering them and they will forward to the “RIGHT DEPARTMENT” and never update you ever again.

Queue timers are not showing but are they even working? Also, logging into Orsha server is getting harder ATM. I think were going in opposite directions here, just saying.

I have been on queue for a while now and it doesnt seem to work the Random Party Dung… Need to log in like 4 times to enter the game and it lags more than before…

I’m not sure if they are working at all.

Issue 4. (queue timer) is now resolved.

Issue 3 (mouse mode) seems to occur when ctrl is pressed while in combat. I’m not sure what the exact timing is but that should help locate the issue.

BUMP for this … same issue

Checked again today and all issues are still occurring except the queue timer issue.

Please at least work on a fix to the mouse mode issue as it is super frustrating for those of us who use mouse mode.

@STAFF_John Issues 1 and 3 are still occuring.

#2 was caused by outdated addons

#4 was fixed in a maintenance on 6/17

Can you specify which addon was causing it to unable to go to character select screen? I just redownloaded all my addons a few days ago and yet I am still unable to go to character select.
