Hi im now rank 6 Oracle
I tried to use forecast and it worked well with normal monster but not bosses.
When bosses were attacking, forecast skill didn’t show me anything ( except the original red circles that always have )
Is it bug or something ???
I’d say it’s just unreliable. It seems just to work on some bosses and just some skills.
E.g. 200 dungeon boss - all but one skill are shown correctly.
In Mission no skill of no boss 
against bosses…
…damage skills are damage skills, and just do what they always do.
…everything else has -always- been unreliable. (and that didn’t start with ToS either.)
i would simply assume that this is “working as intended”.
It’s sad imo if it doesn’t work properly on bosses (even if it is intended). I think that skill could shine the best at bosses…and not at normal mobs… So it doesn’t sounds good to me…but I don’t have Oracle so I don’t know exactly how it is.
The skill works, just that certain attacks show such a small box that it basically goes unnoticed.
