Does it work on bosses? How about World Bosses? PVP?
It’s highly unclear. Is it a status ailment? If so, can you clear it with Cure?
Is it spreadable by Plague Doctor’s Pandemic?

IIRC it’s useless in PvP for the most part because Plague doctors’ bloodletting makes the party immune to it.
I would be very surprised if it worked on bosses (which is probably the one thing it would have a use for since most normal monsters don’t live longer than the sentence timer anyways)
It’s an lvl 1 status ailment, according to ToSBase. So it can be removed by cure and nullified by Bloodletting
