How good is that skill I wanna make an Oracle just to farm Fossilized Lizard Amber because the mob is rare x2 spawn in one map and has 0-5 minutes respawn time. Can you spam resetting until you get what you want?
No, Overheat x2 with iirc a minute and a half CD.
resetting CD 180 seconds. minus 30 sec with attribute. Be sure to take diev c1 for cooldown reduction statue (150-20% = 2min CD). Think of it as every 2min you get 2 spawns that appears right in front of you so you don’t need to walk vs however you were hunting them before.
Technically yes, if you’re okay with the term “spam” redefined as:
“Waiting for 2min30s after your 2x Overheat is done, provided you bought the attribute because that’s normally 3mins.”
The CD time is 180 seconds (=3 minutes) without attribute and 150 seconds (=2,5 minutes) with attribute so you have to wait for at least 2,5 mins (unless you are a Diev C1 with Laima statue, then it’s 2 mins) after using two resettings.
About how good the skill is: No idea, I don’t think there have been in-depth examinations from non-Korean players yet to see how much potential the skill has (if it’s just a RNG-reroll or if the chance to reset to rares is higher than normally by changing the loot-RNG). Also, a lot of items seem to be excluded for dropping by resetting (mainly DPK items if DPK is really a meta ingame and not some extra-complicated RNG).
Basically, at worst the skill is like 1 more monsterkill per minute if it comes to droprate RNG. I’ll try to find out more once I hit Rank 6+.
Well sh*t didn’t notice the cd I need something to help me farm Fossils T_T
We have tried with 2 oracle, 1 chrono and 1 thau(to swell body) to farm battle bracelet from a poor galok and guess what? 2 hours wasting time…
It could be better for a certain cases but with that experience, I never want to do it again lol
You might want to consider making a dedicated Silver farmer instead. Many folks here can point you to great options on what you can take.
PS: I’m not trying to drown your dream, just seems like it won’t work out for you (as an Oracle) if that was the only goal you had for it 
But the problem is no one selling Fossilis because everyone is buying it and everyone is hunting it cuz of this new meta fencer or at least at my server.
Best way to avoid problems = avoid metas, or at least take the ones that won’t cause this kind of issue.

Well I didn’t know this will be the meta I just come back to the game and I was finding a good swordie build in tosbase.com I came accross a good fencer build and felt like I would enjoy this and then come and behold everyone is doing it.
Yeah, unfortunately, ToS is not well designed, the lack of channels also make things worse, but then again, until they find a way to fix the bugs/stability issues/performance/bots (at least take faster actions against them), the game will be like it is.
If you really want a farm class, go with archer, specially Ranger > SR > Mergen, lots of AoE, you are mounted and run faster, since it is for farming, you only need weapons of your level to be enough to kill fast.

I was going to create a new thread asking suggestions which itens could I farm with resetting, however it seems DPK itens can’t be rerolled and that’s very frustrating, specially with such a high cooldown 
Any Oracles out there can tell me I’m wrong?
I’m pretty sure it’s been confirmed before that resetting counts for DPK… I can’t remember which thread it was in, but someone had a screenshot of how they used resetting to get Antler Horns off of Large Panto Spearman. I’m pretty sure I’ve used resetting before to get other DPK items as well.
Reset only worth on mobs which have big spawn time. 1 reset count as +1 mob without having to kill the mob.
Is easy to use. Get on at worst time for your server.
Put on a movie you would like to watch.
Camp glizardon for glad band or upent for fossil lizard amber.
Reset until glad band or amber -> kill mob.
Or any other drop you think is worth, such as manahaas items (but more difficult to survive - requires high def).
Just keep alt+tab.
I reset 1 galok tho about 8 times reset item and boom got BB
does this skill sometimes fail on elite monsters? sometimes it doesn’t notify when resetting manahas set monsters

Nevermind, i figured it out now. I just need to cast clairvoyance first when resetting.
