Effigy is a Bokor skill, so not sure what you are talking about.
If you took Diev before then go for Druid, if not then just go oracle.
whats your current build? O.o Without any information its hard to say anything else but just finish your last ranks with sadhu+bokor.
Cleric > Krivis 1 > Krivis 2 > Bokor 1 > Bokor 2

Druid would be the better choice of the two. However, I do not see an issue with you going Krivis 3 (pvp related), or Bokor 3 (pve related), then move onto Druid. Zaibas 15 is pretty scary and it’s not like you need another aoe (unless you want it now).
You should go Druid. Oracle doesn’t really serve a purpose other then a nice costume.
