The title made me thought this was that Oracle doujin I’ve been hearing about.
It drops nothing, but Druids can change into it.

Oh, so that’s how some Oracles are able to change into that boss-looking monster (if it isn’t a boss type already).

Nope. It’s a “normal”.
Doesn’t get size benefits because it’s XL.
