Just a thought,
I like to use oracle “change” as I do quest but I just noticed and while
reading other forums and researching,
oracle change can turn mobs into higher lvl… no wonder killing some mob took a while and wasted my pots
which happened in dun 100 and killed some players without me thinking of it… (sorry players but glad you guys stayed and killed before we went to atk bosses) such a cool party players 
And the player who died, seemed to not notice that I did it BIG APOLOGIeS To YOU! It was cuz my skill and yeah…no hates plz
Anyways It makes me think oracle change is just fun yet abusive skil…
It doesn’t even give higher exp too…
Change can change Mobs into higher lv but also lower lv. People only put 1 skill point into Change for jackpot attribute, so Change lv1 can only make -1 or +1 lv on Mobs. My thought, when Change get +8 to +15 lv Mobs, they need to get Death Sentence but when Change get -8 to -15 lv Mobs, they are easier to kill and around -5 to +5 most likely not make any different - except the high HP Mobs. So if you have Change lv10 or more, you should plan around the possibilities of Change.
