I read somewhere that they gain a gender swap skill, but cant find any info anywhere …
Do they change it permanently ? Can they change it for other people ? Does it do anything in PvE ?

but imagine the cost of players paying wanting their already girly male characters to be kawaii-desu shoujou and pay back to return to male later if they got the money.
*i mean people pay thousands $ IRL to do it, surely players will spend 100 thousand of silver in game. besides Going Oracle3 is going to be a dedication as one losess whatever offensive/supportive benefits at rank8.
*though there is no returning back to your previous sex irl.
