Im looking for a build in oracle specifically to kill bots and afk farmers. can some one link me to some good ones?

Oracle 1, incorporate it into literally any build you want. That’s pretty much it.
Here’s a functional one that I personally [main] and I’ve kept the same exact build ever since I made it… with proof of bot killing (old but the idea is the same):
so change level 1 is all you actually need? is there any point to maxing it out?
More points into it increases the level range (plus or minus):
Lv1: + or - 1 level from the target mob.
Lv15: + or - 15 levels from the target mob
With the recent revamp, no one’s scared of facing a mob 15+ levels above them (you don’t get one-shot anymore). The idea behind this is to keep using [Change] until you encounter mobs with unusually high HP (in the millions) or attack (multi-hit spammers are the best).

how often do those millon hp guys show up? sounds like something that would happen really rarely
It’s all RNG, the skill goes through all possible mobs in the game (and some bosses/boss-like creatures). Because of this, the more new content is added in, the more “possible” outcomes there are, the lesser your chances.
I got one in 2 tries (overheat) recently when I went on an HG tour:
The mob will despawn if the channel goes empty btw.
