The recipe can be bought in Fedimian Merchant, but does anyone know where to find the materials to craft it?
Supposedly it’s any mob and is rare like golden anvil. Heard that from a not so credible source though, but if it is true it’s pretty ridiculous.

Managed to obtain the material from instance mobs (lv130 dungeon in this case) as a random drop.

Yep, I’ve heard from guild mates that they got some from different maps. The drop rate is similar to Spell Rods and Hammers than a Gold Anvil, is what they said, but that’s okay. Won’t buy them in market though because everyone is overpricing them.
Where can i find it?
It drops from any mobs i think. Kinda rare but you can get them quite easily at places with alot of bots. Gotten a few from monsters in Tenet Botting ground 1F and Tenet Botting Garden.
This shop has 50% tax. Just great…
