Open Sesame bugged missing triggered events

Hi,

Upon speaking with the Mysterious Being NPC the Open Sesame questline is active, during this quest line the “Purifier” NPC’s are unresponsive to user input and the player is unable to complete the questline.

I am playing in Windows 10 using a PS4 controller but I have tried the quest with keyboard input and the bug persists.

abandon the quest, interact with purifiers to get numbers, come to Mysterious being and just type those numbers (or rather one 5-digit number) in /say chat.
