I understand that the pricing of DLC packs are similar to Ktos pricing but unortunaly for you, western market is NOT used to those pricing. If you want to make something expensive, you need to spoil western buyers in your packs.
The pricing you made for founder packs were more reasable while these news packs are less attracting.
Yes, gold sellers abused the founder packs back then but at least your player base were happy. Now, your players base who wanted to buy your packs are on the fence!
You need money to expand and stabilize your game. For that, you need the players to look foward for your new DLCs that they can buy for cheap. The idea is to sell for cheap but in more in quantity (though you can put a limit ofc).
Anyway, I wish you luck and consider tha tthe western market is different than asia market. Because for example, a montly subscription on a mmorpgs game never goes above 15$ in general.
