And that is why sometimes you see +50% Strike or Slash or Pierce when using a certain skill. I thought that was a glitch. Nonetheless I still need to reroll H1B3 for P1B3. Heh.
in theory yeah they dps good. Also you need healing with DoV otherwise you just get rekt.
Same can be said with archer. they need a taunter to be effective. They all complement each other.
But boss hunting, this is where warriors are useless and if you donât have an archer in your pt good luck getting that boss cube.

Bossing is nothing but a little part of this game, which is too easy to begin withâŚ
so oh my god you will clear 2min boss faster if you take a second archer ? why is everyone trying so hard ? or they just need a reason to ?
It is an MMO and a social game, get friends along the way. meet people, create party, join a guild ! ⌠YOU ARE NOT ALONE.
I know some people not fitting in parties, and or bad players and kicked out. or they theorycraft a build that not fit in the eye of the others, and bein isolated.
but iâm pretty sure megaphone will help you find players like me, who will take you without hesitating twice, will help you, set you on the way, and hell even hook you with a party.

i might not be from a solo player prespective becouse iâm leading a party, adding people on the way. and keeping the holy trinity of HEAL, TANK, DPS.

In general you need to get an archer.
Donât listen to them, half of these people are just lazy folk who want you to spend your life in the game taunting for them so they can kill mobs easier. Do what you want, when classes get rebalanced â and Cleave is already being changed by the patch happening right now â people could easily be crying about choosing Peltasta because they canât go back and edit their class choices.
Iâm not saying itâs a bad choice⌠the taunt is awesome and itâll make you a great addition to dungeon/grinding groups⌠just warning you to NOT pick taunt simply because everyone tells you to. Only do it if itâs the kind of playstyle youâre looking for, because if it isnât you might regret it if things become a little less skewed, and since the game just came out I see many changes happening very soon
And why do you think cleave is changed? I didnât see balance changes posted in the patch notes. Donât bring info out of your ass and call it valid please.
I mixed up one bullet point on the Korean update with the one for today as I read them side by side. Doesnât change anything. He should play what he wants to play.

Not really, it doesnât change the core fact that he shouldnât bend over backwards to convenience people who donât care about his fun and just want him to build his character for their benefit.
There are also too many complains about swordsmen right now for IMC to ignore the whole thing. Theyâve made changes in kTOS so we know theyâre aware of it. They just rarely say anything until they know theyâre ready to take action. People complained before and they nerfed barbs, and people are complaining now so we need to wait and see.
Again, the kTOS patch notes show that theyâre on it.
IMC made changes to the game kToS didnât, and vice versa.

Itâs fine, stick to your highlander but it doesnât mean youâre awesome and the â â â â man. Youâre just a subpar dps in comparison, and thats the reality.

If you donât want to play a peltasta then you donât want to play one. Simple as. Doesnât matter if it âhelpsâ you. There are skills in the templar tree that will âhelpâ me, but I idgaf if I donât want to play like a templar.
Nobody said he canât pick a peltasta. The point is he doesnât NEED to, and he shouldnât feel pressured by people like you whoâre blatantly biased toward the class.
Honestly, recommending to go without Peltasta is plain cruel.
Believe me, Iâm 240+ and donât have one. Even though I am PvP-oriented build, I realize I miss a lot of PvE opportunities.
Hereâs my 2 cents:
Sword characters fall short compared to Spears. Spears do everything swords can but better.
Do not choose Peltasta -> Barbarian. Itâs just stupid. You get Highlander for the Cartar Stroke (which is your highest damage dealing strike attack) and for the CRIT.ATK bonus.
The only time you choose Peltasta is when you are planning to build into Hoplite, Highlander or Rodelero. Picking Peltasta into a Barbarian is like picking swordsman c2 into Hoplite.
The fact that people still try to build pure dex swordies is just plain bad. It doesnât matter how much dex you pump. A hoplite with Finestra will make you completely obsolete. A hoplite could go pure STR/CON and still have more or as much CRIT.RATE than a pure dex build ontop of having x2 more HP.
Trying to be a tanking crit Barb is completely redundant when a Dragoon has x2 your HP and deals as much damage as a swordie.
In the end, if you want to be a DPS/TANK you would be a Dragoon. Nothing tops it.

Yea wearing heavy armors give you extra HP and stamina as well as 15% damage reduction if you wear 4 heavy/plate armors. Personally, I would say balance the Str and Dex cause going either full Str and full Dex seems bad. Currently I am aiming 2 Dex : 1 Str build so that I could critical more. The rest I put into Cons.
