You have no idea what you’re talking about.
Hmm …Even if they didn’t like the game, they really should still answer the survey. At least state what they don’t like about the game so that the game can improve…Not just ignore it.
I played the beta and I didn’t even receive the survey email. Ive been waiting since they first sent it out, but none. Even my spam folder doesn’t have it. Meeeh
I really want to help you guys improve this game better, but you didn’t select me.
I started playing game online since 2002. Yeah that’s the RO debut version.
Then you’re within the 8% who were displeased and still will comeback.
Same here
…
Well for lame 8k people they got more that thsy can dream.
Also a lot of people tend to make false claims. Just take my word for it, I’m totally and utterly trustworthy… why would I lie?
I played the beta in my limited time (2nd wave). But I didn’t receive any survey email. So not really my fault.
Then enlight me please.
Who would lie about not getting a survey about how they liked/disliked the game…?
No one. IT’s happened before, it could very well happen again. Not to mention the people who simply didn’t see it, or didn’t have the time to deal with it, all of which sounds WAY more valid then “people are lying about it and iz lazy”
If you haven’t noticed, I was responding to a poster above (sharp’s post). Thus, you kind of missed the entire point of context of my post.
Got 2 surveys answered both of them.
I never got the email.
You will get that in any game for 1.
CBT isn’t just about finding bugs and errors either, it’s about building excitement for the game. Even if a person plays the CBT and doesn’t fill out the survey they’ll still share their opinions with their friends. That makes more people excited about the game, if it’s good. Or, if not, it will make them wary of the game.
You need to understand that not everyone is there to fill out surveys, their looking for the next big thing for their gaming community to move to.
So don’t post negativity about people not filling out a survey when plenty of people did.
No the exp rate is not the issue, a lot of people who do play games are not constantly checking their emails. We are anti social for the most part. Anyone who cries about the exp rate can just go back to playing app games on their phones and paying to win.
Getting over 2k replies from survey is actually pretty good.
I didn’t receive an email. I even checked my spam folder. I would have gladly done the survey.
My thoughts too exactly and it kinda disheartens me too of the possibility that a number of those who got their keys earlier than me didn’t bother to do the survey at all. Well let’s say some of them didn’t get it but maybe 1 to 2 thousand probably didn’t even bother so it’s just kinda sad
I concur with people’s thoughts on the number of respondees being decent. I know surveys that have gotten as low as 10% correspondents actually doing the survey. Nearly 50% (since it seems like they only gave it to the initial 5k players) response is actually super amazing.
