New boss music in Valandis Room, new ambient theme in the forest (Teresh, Tekel…). I could stay hours listening to that music…

Music was improving with each new rank. There are always a few good pieces to find.
No I disagree with you, ToS music is fine but not that good since it doesn’t fit well with the atmosphere and background at all, I prefer ssomething like violin with chill vibe

ToS music is pretty great. But in a lot of cases i feel like the music is inappropriate for the region/atmosphere like @j2512967 said.
I listen to it a lot when i work or play other games, but always mute the music in-game. Kinda sad for such great tracks.

ToS’s art and music departments are the only ones who would keep their jobs at a real company.
wish they could make music that wont let me get tired and drowsy in some fields and end up sleeping early… XD
I think the music of Ragnarok Online is a whole lot better than TOS’ music, especially since it’s always fitting to the surroundings. The weak point of RO is that one map only has 1 music playing, which is the one point that TOS is actually praiseworthy for, having different music pieces playing on a map (so the music doesn’t get repetitive).
However, the music of TOS itself is like 75%+ bad. I don’t know why the soundtrack did need so much electro music when trying to impress with 2,5D isometric graphics, cutesy character artwork and pretty childlike-themed monster appearances…
While I have around 100 RO tracks in my playlist, it only has 6 TOS tracks(4 new tracks, the ones with organ and real instruments + the main theme and Oh Deive), this says everything about the quality
