For example, lichenclops has a 30~110 speed range. I know it has to do with movement speed, but why exactly is there a range?
I guess cause it can be slowed down with skills or go up when enemy runs away…
so using my probably totally wrong common sense skill…
30 is it lowest speed and 110 is it highest speed…
Is tosfanbase forgotten, it’s almost outdated or inaccurate about everything possible?
