Unable to locate missing NPC (Coben) after turning in a part of the Old Story quest at Fedimian Suburbs.

Still bug existed i cant find coben on OLD STORY(7) try to log out and close steam as well still i cant find him

I tried to relog, exit the game and changing channels. Still not working. Any thoughts?

OK I found him. If you can’t locate him he’s at Karsta Hall (far right side at map).
