Bug Description:
The Quest Item Hallowventer Charcoal is not properly removed from the Inventory upon submission to Coben, resulting in excess Hallowventer Charcoals in the Inventory.

Steps to Reproduce the Issue:

1. Clear “Old Story (5)” with more than the needed amount of Hallowventer Charcoals in the Inventory.
