Old players, new accounts~ Question

By the way, is IMC against letting old players make new accounts to participate in the event ?
example:

you make an account, but then you get a Bug
you tell imc on a ticket you have an issue on the new account you are playing the event with.

what will they reply you with ?

"you are not a new player, therefore the event has been taken off your char"
or
"What seems to be the problem ? "

FYI
i was trying to figure it out if this post would be more fitting on “general gameplay” or “feedback” or "help center"
but i wasn’t sure.

Why would you tell them it’s an alt in the first place and why do you think it would matter?

In a subscription based game this usually is not a problem at all nor is it something they aim to stop, however since it’s an opt-in subscription game it is impossible to say unless someone has already run into this.

If you have an issue with your account just make sure that, when you send in a Support Ticket, you are logged into the account that has a problem. :hugs:
