Old Mercenary Post bug

Bug Description :
I got the Secret Night Market event debuff when entered the old mercenary post, and its persisted after i get out. I couldn’t attack or use any skills until it finished.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. Just enter the Old mercenary post

This issue has now been fixed. So please restart your game or change the channel to apply the hotfix.
