Offtank Squire?

I’ve been really into the Squire class since i first saw it, yet I would like to be a decent offtank so i wont be the backdoor on every party.
I know this wont make me either a great DPS or a great tank, but I would like to be able to do both in case I need to help friendlies and milder parties.
Is this something possible?
I planned going Peltasta>BarbC2>SquireC2
I figured a good offtank build would be on a 2-3-1 Scale for STR,CON and DEX.
Thoughts?

Figured this would be a good skill build with a couple tweaks

I’d appreciate any criticism and ideas.

Thurst is useless and bash should only be at 3 for the CC max gung ho and pain barrier and rest into con (Honestly won’t be using con much although you can max con and take 2 into pain barrier too either way your choice)

Take 1 point off rim and put into guard for that 18% eva attribute buff

for squire pick between repair and weapon or both, armor is kinda bad so no point in getting that really
