This will cripple the economy. The vast majority of players don’t RMT, so as much of a problem as it is, legal RMTing will just exacerbate the problem. The only equivalent thing would be Silver Lottery Chests, and selling premium items, which are both tedious and expensive.

all the market prices will go up
no one will sell token for silver unless it’s to high prices
all the not free to play players will have all the silver they want = upgrade all the items they have and get every item they want
= no free to play players and the game will be empty
anyone can easily pay enchant scroll - token - customs and sell it in the market for silver
no need to go for silver sellers and it’s saver
but the some like the Easy and more Profit things and they go to the gold sellers and they get ban
if you want to support more silver for TP
support making all the items in the cash shop tradable
this way the ppl who pay will have more things to sell it and more silver
and the F2P players will be happy and will pay
the TP price will go up and who pay TP will be happy
and the F2P players will sell the items and they will be happy
but this will make IMC sad 
not if the TP price gose up and that what would happen if all the items is tradable , then selling for players will be more Profit
imc should sell everything in TP now, lolopanther etc
also allow exchange 100k silver to 1tp
100tp = 10,000,000 silver
u get tp, they get tp
