Obviously i don't know how to play this game

So today I was lv222, I did the lv200 dungeon today and only got to lv224 with 3 runs. One of the party member went into the dungeon at lv221 and came out lv230.
How?!?!?!
Do each member get equal amount of exp? Or is exp gain based on damages (i do crap damages btw)

Thanks

He/she probably has a high exp boost or stacked them (8x,fireworks,statue,whalebuff)

Depends on many factor such as:
Using token +30% exp
Using fortune cookie +30% exp can be stacked up to x5
Using Goddess Sculpture +20% exp
Using Exp Tomes and much more…

Also team lvl.

Im at team lvl 67. So I will passively gain 66% more exp all the time.

So for sure it’s not because my crappy damage right?
But still, iirc my exp bonus was like 700%, what could possibly cause it to go almost 10 times more than that? XD

Did u run with the same people all 3 times? When i do dungeons at that lvl i use alot of exp boosts, I have about 1100% boost and use dungeon tokens that makes one run count as 3. So basically that means i have a 3300% boost in one run, but i’ve used up all 3 runs unless i use dungeon reset vouchers as well.

It’s not your damage at all, it’s their EXP buffs.

The exp is multiplied by the number of party members then split accordingly. That is why you see those big buff numbers. You are still getting the same exp with 2 or 5 party members.

could also have used multiply vouchers and then dungeon reset / entry vouchers

edit: and someone already mentioned it, ignore me

Best answer!
I can add Team Level (Mine is LV 25, so it’s more 24% exp gain).
Lots of people have fortune cookies from past events, each one is more 30%exp, and stack up to 150% (max 5 at the same time)
If she was able to kill the whale/cow of the event ( I cant because my game crash everytime more than 30 people appear), its more exp boost.
Also, He/she could have used Cards as well and you dont noticed.

Welcome to the club, when you can’t do some events to gain exp boost and dont have much other options.
If its your main character, use a Token is very useful, as I saw you use.

He could have also used multiply tokens along with resets.

The Dungeon bonus/party xp isn’t the same as personal buff xp, it kinda weird but a xp tome x 8 (300%) can easily double or more you dungeon xp Even if you had 700% base xp
Not sure why they did it like that but… That how it work.
Like said, the party buff is probably show as 1 buff, but the bonus xp is divised between the members (600% become 120%)
Soo in reality you would have 240% (100%+120% in that case) Note, I haven’t test it but clearly it not 700% by how much xp buff affect your xp
Stacking multiple xp buff can easily triple/quadruple your xp
Using multiply token you can stack 2/3 run in 1. (And overall have 9x/12x + your base xp whiteout anything.)
