NVM: found how to do disband guilds:
apparently you need to kick everyone, and then use /destroyguild command in chat, IMC a single feature like this shouldnt be so hard to do if someone like me its tired of it guild and dont have any other templar to pass on leadership and rank reset their templar.
i leave this as future reference if anyone want to disband their guild without mind leveling it up again.
