Hello, i’m currently a 71 wiz 3, i entered the map feretory hills it’s a level 82 map. But i’m unable to accept quests in that map at all. Is it because of my level? and if so, what is the max level range to still get quests? 10 levels?

10 levels for normal quest. Main quest have level limit only on the start of quest chain.
For a main quest at LV 184, acceptable since lv 1.(Bug 
)
