Map : Any place that have NPC in monster area.
Monster that follow player to near npc or spawn near npc sometime will stuck with return buff. Make them stuck in place near npc and unable to be attack. (Can still killable but took time)

Thanks for letting us know about this one. We’ll be sure that the devs take a look because monsters are not supposed to behave in this manner.
