depends; if you play MMOs then you have a social life (unless you play it offline like PSO or all other “players” are bots). You have to interact with people at some point of the game, and that’s a good thing.

Also, you have ± the same positive and negative aspects of human interaction: trolls, thieves, liars, fraudsters, all the same as friends/allies and neutral people. It costs less than most other social activities, though [like going to the zoo, movie theatres, amusement parks, etc. or the more unhealthy things like alcohol, prostitution, smoking,“parties”, junk food,etc.].

The good thing about social life in MMOs is that you are anonymous and that you can cut all ties by simply stopping the game. But you can’t stop the real lifes madness because most people are either egoists or villains; they don’t care about others as long they aren’t treated by them as more important than themselves [just look at all those organizations, bullies, religious sects, crime syndicates etc. that work like that].

Instead, they ± force you to follow their stupid trends and belittle you if you don’t. Congrats, you just got real-lifed. Sh!t that happens in the VR is just a mere reflection of what happens in reality, so can we blame anyone for wrecking havoc in both?

It’s us who have to stand up against the broken world 1st before trying to deal with the broken mindset of some Koreans who play MMO gods yet all they produce are cash grabbing programs

Until we stand up to fell down all the republics in the world and replace them with true democracies and force the schooling system to actually educate our children towards enlightenment [not the religious one but the liberation of the human from his own “stupidity”, turning the current mere clever ape into a true “homo sapiens”], we will never have a good life and we cannot expect anything good from anyone.

We can and should, however, never stop to criticize. The moment we stop criticizing, we have forsaken the last part of humanity we still possess.

Great post man made me though a bit. And yeah I can be serious for once

Maybe months, yeah. My concept of spending money is different from yours. We spend 3 times as much and our avarage wage is 3 times shorter. That’s a big hit in the guts. Maybe you can understand this, and have more sympathy with freeloaders.
I can be a freeloader and still contribute without spend money on the game. Most games have gold-to-subscription systems. Both sides wins. It may unbalance market at first but whales unbalance everything anyway.
The concept of freeloader can be wider too. I didn’t spend anything on Tree of Savior, but I’ve spent on other mmo’s for years.
I understand your distaste for BR people, it’s personal and may be a trauma. Maybe one day you can see further.

With brainless whales like that, no wonder the game wont shut down for good.

And yet there were arguments about regional pricing before, “because there are countries that makes less money” lmao.

Implying all other countries does?

It should cost more, because, ahn, games are not for everyone.
