Now I know it... and i'll never re mistake it again

Me and my friend camping for a while for boss and when we found it we know we can’t take it down by our self. Long time ago I sometime see people call for the other in boss fight but i present time I not see shout like that anymore. Some how i make a mistake i call people to the boss that i and my friend found people come in don’t care anything about our party that try to invite them they attack boss and a few second boss gone down. The empty for first party that found the boss so now i get it. Why people don’t call for the other anymore… Next time i promise to myself although I have to take boss down in 2-3 hr. i will do it myself no call anymore.

Whenever someone shouts on the chat to announce there’s a world boss alive, half of the server go to the spot to kill it and no matter who announced, they are not gonna invite you for party, they’ll just go ahead with their party members and so on.

Maybe an hour ago? Someone sent a shout out on Klaipeda that Rexipher was up. We showed up, made parties, brought them and a few other stragglers along, and killed the boss accordingly.

Not everyone is as you describe. If you want to hold to a selfish attitude, more power to you. It is to your advantage after all, and not uncommon in the least.

Why not? we not selfish and we get nothing back so why the hell I have to be a generous person with nothing if i can be the selfishness a-hole who can get a boss cube.

Also in your opinion “Not everyone is as you describe” is true but it the same for me that not every one have to be like you too right?

This is quite literally reminding me of Hunts in FFXIV LOL. Oh man the drama that came from hunts in FFXIV and now I’m watching the same game design with world bosses in this game and the same drama starting up.

I love it watching how game design can directly influence gamer behavior.

You don’t have to, is my point. Plenty of people are selfish in the game. No one is going to vindicate you for it. My point is, go ahead. The game basically encourages it anyways.

Whenever the new world boss system rears it’s head into the game, the world boss system will be pretty liberal anyways. Selfish mentality is advantageous for now.

If you shove your hand in fire pit you get burn from it… so next time you will not shove your hand in that fire pit cause you don’t want to get burn anymore … this is the same logic

I’m kinda concerned that you had to put your hand in a pit of fire before learning not to do that.

Well I get you point i agree with it some how i curious why they use this system for something that have to reward everyone that contribute their self to it?!

Or at least just give a reward for first person/party that found it. it would be great…

LOL, u are lack of understanding about world boss hunting, whenever some1 shout for wolrd boss, they already deal enough damage to be in top6 DPS, so they could try to shout for more people come to get it, also help them kill it faster, its a win-win situation.
