Novice DLC - can be redeemed in 3 hours

What can I do if the Novice DLC that I have purchased cannot be redeemed.
I can find it in my mailbox but when I try to assign to a character, it said "this DLC package can be redeemed in 3 hours… and I wait for hours!!!
