Close steam and re open it. Mine fix by this.

Closed my client and reopened it.
fixed as well.

Ok, I didn’t needed to reinstall to play the game again. All I did was:
- Go in the game Properties on Steam
- Click in Local Files tab
- Click Verify Integrity of Game Cache
make do this
