I found it by chance and:

It doesn’t give any reward
When I was delivering the itens to complete the quest, my client crashed. Happened two times, with different chars

I case anyone is wondering how do you start it, you neet to talk to Amanda while sitting.

crashed too, I still have the bag to delivery to amanda, the quest disappeared instead
